Today we are experiencing great changes in all areas and at ever-increasing speed. We face challenges and pressures that require us to adapt continuously and this is often very difficult to accept, so every one of us needs our own unique approach to manage these challenges.
The Emotional Coaching method integrates the internal and external dimensions of the person to achieve an integration of the senses, of will and the mind, with feelings. These feelings can be positive or negative: the positive support the brains limbic system creating energy harmonization of peace and happiness; while negative feelings create psychic blocks that result in rings of tension in different parts of the body and mind hindering growth of the whole person.
Through Emotional Coaching you can learn how to use your strengths in an effective and pleasant way to overcome your weak side. You can experience how easy and successful it is to have a balanced life. When processing the pressures and anxieties of your personal and business life, you will perform better at work, in your favourite sport and in relationships with your family and friends.
Emotional Coaching is an innovative method that is highly effective in the short term and will help you:
Transform your limited thoughts and behaviour patterns to achieve greater confidence in yourself.
Control tension and stress.
Increase your skills and abilities.
To activate your own personal resources when you need them.
Dissolve mental blocks such as fear, embarrassment, disappointment, and others, that keep you from getting to where you want to be.
Act in a way directed towards your goals.
Overcome personal and professional disappointments and setbacks en route to your goals.
Prepare mentally for peak performance.
Emotional Coaching has been scientifically tested in the Besser-Siegnund Institute in Germany and has been practised in Germany and other European countries for over nine years.
Everyone has the ability to psychologically and physically manage the stress and tension that limits them. Only three to five Emotional Coaching sessions are needed, depending on the depth of the problem that is being lived or experienced. Emotional Coaching is not psychotherapy, nor does it replace it. Also, Emotional Coaching does not pretend to diagnose or cure mental illness, which must be treated by medical specialists.
