Business

Every business leader is constantly looking to create and innovate not only new success strategies for the business but also generate a work environment so individuals can feel valued and able to contribute productively to their company and their community.

Recent Neuroscience investigations have shown, how different regions of the brain respond to different tasks and challenges that confront us daily and these are manifested in human behaviour through emotions and thoughts.

Emotions play an important role in effective leadership, such as decision-making and strategic planning. If you feel stressed out due to being overworked, exhausted, feeling your back is against the wall, and nerves on edge, it is assumed work performance will decrease and decisions made may not be the most appropriate ones for that moment in time. The same applies if you have fear, anger, frustration, anxiety, insecurity, hopelessness, boredom, or , are overwhelmed or have other negative emotions.

Thus it is important to focus on the emotions and thoughts of people in order to create workplaces that are positive and feel good. This is achieved by stabilizing emotions that have not been processed by our mind (limbic system – amygdale), that have accumulated over time as problems rather than solutions, blocking our ability to make creative, innovative and assertive decisions.

As is the case for all Human Resources professionals, our key role is to ensure all staff feels comfortable in both the development of their professional skills, and their emotional and social well-being.

My desire is to offer executives, managers, professionals and business people the following services:

• Increased performance and creativity.

• Transform limiting beliefs in a sequence of successful principles.

• Reduce stress caused by personal conflicts or work place performance.

• Managing conflict.

• Help to overcome stress arising from a forthcoming presentation, speech, business deal or conversation involving negotiations.

• Boost self-confidence for a working interview.
