Everyone has different strategies and methods of learning and these are influenced and developed by our senses, specially our visual, hearing, and tactile abilities, where these are connected to our neurological system through our emotions and thoughts.

Emotions such as boredom, worry, irritation, frustration, fear, anxiety, depression, stress or other negative feelings, put up barriers for learning, affect memory, create difficulties in concentration and undermine creativity. However, awareness that one is being affected by these emotions can open pathways to process these through Emotional Coaching, which enables you to balance these barriers, for improved mental and emotional stability.

Emotions can be stabilized in one or two sessions through the combined use of Rapid Eye Movement (REM), Neurolingnistic Programming (NLP), Personal Coaching and other methods.
