Personal
All personal success depends on how you communicate, not only through the message but also the way you reflect your confidence, competence, enthusiasm and charisma. This is achieved through non-verbal communication, which are signals that are constantly being sent with information about what you are feeling and thinking. It has been demonstrated that 55% of communication is non-verbal (body language, facial movements and eye contact), 38% is vocal (pitch, speed and volume of the voice) and 7% are the exact words.
Emotion is a psychophysical response, usually rapid, intense and variable that the body gives in response to a perceived and interpreted stimulus. The emotional reactions of each person are related to their conscience and can significantly affect all areas of their life (health, self-image, personal safety, relationships, productivity, etc).
New research in Neuroscience demonstrates the relationship that exists between emotions and thoughts: if you have positive thoughts and emotions you will find success in your life. However, if the thoughts and emotions are negative, these will affect the health and energy of our body provoking diseases that are a result of concerns that cause stress and anxiety. Here are some examples of automatic thoughts, directly associated with certain emotional responses, listed by R. Yagoseskyin 2007:
